TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Mini Moto Co. ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at minimotocrew.com, as well as your registration for our events and pre-orders/online orders of our merchandise.

By accessing our Site, registering a participant for a ride day event, or submitting an apparel pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or register for our events.

 

 

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • Adult Agreement Required: This Site is intended for use by adults (parents or legal guardians) over the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to register for events or purchase apparel independently.

  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

 

2. Event Registration & Participation

  • Parental/Guardian Consent: By registering a child for a Mini Moto Co. ride day event, or a coaching class, you represent that you are the legal parent or guardian of the registered participant.

  • Physical Liability Waiver: Registering online secures an event slot, but does not replace the mandatory physical liability waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign a physical waiver and release form at the track gate before any minor is allowed to ride.

  • Safety & Gear Requirements: All participants must adhere strictly to track rules, safety staff instructions, and wear the required protective gear (including helmet, boots, and goggles) during ride day events. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event for unsafe behavior without a refund.

  • Cancellations & Weather: Dirt bike events are subject to weather and track conditions. We issue refunds the same way payment was received (usually in the form cash or Venmo).

 

 

3. Apparel Pre-Orders & Billing​

  • Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors or in person with cash in hand.  Receipts are not issued for in person transactions, however can be upon request.  

  • Sizing & Customization: Because shirts not printed by individual order placement and are ordered in bulk, they are first come first serve, and we cannot guarantee every order will be fulfilled.  In the event this happens, no payment will be processed or taken in person. 

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, designs, text, graphics, apparel artwork, and photographs—is the property of Mini Moto Co. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our branding or designs without explicit written permission.

 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Website Use: Mini Moto Co. provides this Site on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Inherent Risk: Dirt bike riding is an inherently dangerous sport involving significant risk of physical injury or death. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Moto Co., its owners, and its event staff shall not be liable for any damages, personal injuries, or property damage resulting from website downtime, apparel manufacturing defects, or participation in physical ride day or coaching events.

 

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these Terms must be filed in the courts located within your state/country.

 

 

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or registration for events following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
